Together, we are facing a truly unprecedented situation. The global coronavirus pandemic is affecting all of our families, our businesses, our communities, and our way of life.
At Bolton Whites Hotel & Leisure Club, the health, wellbeing and safety of our members and our people is our first priority.
First and foremost, our hearts go out to anyone who's been impacted by the virus, either directly or indirectly. Our thoughts are especially with those who are sick, to whom we extend our heartfelt wishes for a full and speedy recovery.
As we continue to monitor coronavirus developments closely, I want to reassure you we are taking all pragmatic and sensible steps to ensure that we are prepared and well positioned to minimise the potential impact on the welfare of our staff, guests and members, while continuing to deliver on our service commitments.
We are closely monitoring the situation to ensure we can continue to operate effectively should any of our employees become ill.
After thorough and long consideration taking everything into account to mitigate any further spread of the coronavirus, the decision has been made to close the leisure club from 5pm on Friday 21s March 2020, this temporary closure will be reviewed on April 4th 2020 and a full communication sent out to all members, via email.
I truly hope you understand my reasoning for such action, this is a necessity.
Current memberships will be frozen from this date; the length of time we are closed will be extended onto the end of your contracted term.
I will keep you updated as the situation evolves.
I look forward to seeing you very soon and welcoming you back to the Leisure Club. Please do ask me or one of our team member if you have any additional questions.
